Ranvir Singh the BBC presenter for North West Tonight attended People's Voice Media Festival of Learning event held in Manchester on the 30th October 2009. The event co-sponsored by the Media Trust and BIS presented a variety of informal adult learning opportunities to participants. Ranvir gave this piece of advice to the community reporters at the event.
